Is the project feasible ? Our feasibility studies are unique in their attention to detail. Construction costs, sources of building capital, site plans, building plans, professional fees, tax implications, probable detailed annual overheads, necessary annual income and quotes for all fixtures, fittings and services are included. No stone is left unturned !

Objective

Our objective is to produce plans to the clubs requirements and to ensure that they are practical, workable and affordable. We achieve this by working closely with the officers of the committee and by using our sporting club experience. Therefore utilisation of available space is maximised.

Our architects also have sporting backgrounds, and that combined with their obvious architectural expertise, produces clubhouse plans that the club needs.

In short, our sporting experience and our team of architects and surveyors (if required), can plan your clubs development to suit your requirements, whilst ensuring that the subsequent running costs will not be a burden to the committee and the members.
